Jollof Rice is a popular West African food originating from Senegal with the Wolof people. This one pot rice meal has been adopted across the African continent with different countries having their own versions.

There are certain soups that I can probably never get tired of eating and one of those is groundnut soup! I have so many memories of my childhood that I associate to ether the making of this soup, the eating or just the observing my mum make it.

I am a firm believer that every meal needs something to help wash it down. Who else is in my corner? Let me see your hands up! I however also believe now that, whatever you chose that to be, if possible should do more that just help wash the food down.
